The bag-size options indicate the net weight of the biscuits, not an exact biscuit count. Please review the selected size on the individual product page.

We currently ship within Florida only. All orders are shipped through USPS. Pickup and local delivery are not available.

 Orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding postal holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Processing time does not include USPS delivery time.

Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order and are shown at checkout before payment.

Please contact us at admin@thebiscuitsociety.com within 3 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the affected biscuits and their packaging.

For damaged or incorrect items, we'll work with you to arrange a replacement or a refund for the affected items.

 Because our biscuits are edible treats, we do not accept product returns.

Orders may be canceled before they ship. To request a cancellation, email admin@thebiscuitsociety.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Each product page lists its biscuit ingredients. Reserve Collection product pages also list the coating ingredients. Please review the specific listing before ordering.

 Our biscuits are prepared in a kitchen where peanuts, wheat, eggs, and milk products are handled. Cross-contact may occur. We are unable to accommodate allergy-specific recipes, ingredient substitutions, or special preparation requests.

We do not currently accept custom or special-order biscuit requests. Please choose from the products, recipes, and sizes listed in our shop.

Product photos may be enlarged to show detail and texture. Our plain biscuits may have slight differences in surface texture and browning.

Because decorated biscuits are handcrafted and decorated individually, icing colors, patterns, and designs may vary slightly from those pictured. These small appearance differences do not change the listed recipe, selected product, or net weight.
